Nicolas Ghesquière unveiled the Women’s Spring Summer 2026 collection inside the Musée du Louvre, transforming the historic summer apartments of Anne of Austria into a living stage where fashion and interior space met in harmony.
A maison turned inward
This season, Ghesquière explored the home as sanctuary, a place of reflection, ease, and personal style. The runway resembled a lived-in salon with antique furniture, sculptural lighting, and Art Deco touches that echoed the balance between heritage and modernity.
Garments moved with deliberate softness. Billowing silk dresses, fluid trousers, pajama inspired sets, and robe like coats created silhouettes that invited comfort without compromising elegance. Lightweight knits and sheer chiffons caught the light as models walked, emphasizing airiness over excess.
The craftsmanship of ease
